People if highest rate is 10 i can give them 100 they are all well train team work being polite and helpful. I had some issue to ask and to clarify with one of the staff he immediately give me responds and he make an action right away his very kind and professional they he handle the issue. Who every the team manager of this branch your the best! You have a best team and staff this is during lunch time 1205-1230 noon. Marugame trafalgar branch I hope your a good example to other branch of marugame. Thank you for your wonderful service and food. Thank you

The food was really nice and not expensive for central London. The service is also good. The lady who served me the ramen was really nice and added extra broth to my ramen when I asked if I could have more broth. I'd definitely visit again and bring friends over as well.

Went here at 11.30 on Tuesday and it's nice since it's pretty quiet. The food was good even though there's not a lot of beef in it. The place was clean and comfy.

The menu is generous with plenty of vegan options, quick service and good seating. I can recommend the tofu yakisoba - nice dish and full of flavour

Reliable place for a heartwarming udon bowl. Almost 5-star (First time trying the chain in UK. Beef nikutama beef looks and tastes dry but the mellow umami broth really makes me happy. (I was thinking about taking the yakiudon but no regret.) At least the beef isn’t the fatty frozen roll type. The caramelized onion melts in mouth and isn’t too sweet. The noodles are thick and chewy, fabulous. (Definitely prefer it to the other K* chain style.) Added the two chicken meatballs (from the yakiudon lol) and they tastes with or without the sweet soy sauce. Also appreciate the bowl sizes. The staff are friendly.

Revisit Post theatre late visit. 9:30 pm. Great to see they are open late. The service was still friendly. Food was great as before. Part of the restaurant was closed - making us sit on high chairs. annoying. Original: Very decent branch of Marugame Udon (fast food Japanese Udon). Large, clean, good service and excellent location. Toilet also looked clean at time of visit. Good start. Opposite the station and just off Trafalgar Square makes it a popular branch. Still, size is decent and you can usually find good seats to relax. On Sunday evening with very busy Trafalgar, we had no problem getting good windows table. You customize your size, broth, noodle vs. rice and whatever suits your tempura. Add condiments and that's it. On cold day after few hours in central London the Udon and fluffy tempura were great. The katsu could have been slightly less salty but I still cleaned the plate clean. Wished they also served hot drinks, at least tea... May have keeping longer inside avoiding the cold night. Still..Good stuff!

The udon always slaps and the service is amazing! I keep coming back with one of my close friends, it’s our tradition to meet here and I wouldn’t change it. A MUST TRY IN LONDON! Thank me later x
